Remarks:
- Complete the donation form and send it together with a crossed cheque made payable to "Po Leung Kuk", a bank deposit slip (original copy) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) information to Po Leung Kuk, 66 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
- Donations of $100 or above are tax-deductible. An official donation receipt will be issued by PLK.

For years, the "District Elderly Campaign" community initiative has been dedicated to enhancing seniors' quality of life through charitable activities and volunteer networks. We provide holistic physical, emotional, and spiritual support to elderly individuals and their caregivers, empowering them to achieve "aging in place."
Your support matters. We sincerely invite you to donate to the "District Elderly Campaign" programme, bringing love and hope to vulnerable seniors.
Reference for the Use of Donations:
- For every donation of HK$500, you can provide 2 art therapy sessions for the elderly/caregivers to alleviate depression and stress caused by illness.
- For every donation of HK$1,000, you can provide medical escort services to 5 elderly people living in remote areas, reducing the workload and financial burden of the caregivers.
- For every donation of HK$2,000, you can purchase blood pressure monitors or rehabilitation equipment for the elderly, based on medical or physical needs and professional healthcare recommendations.
- For every donation of HK$3,000, you can sponsor 50 elderly people in need to enjoy a day's nutritious meal.
